Grill the chicken
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Place the chicken skewers on the pan. (You may decide how many skewers to cook together depending on the size of the pan. The chicken is marinated so no oil is required.)
Sear the chicken evenly
Make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked by searing each side for 2 minutes. Flip the skewers on their sides every 30 seconds so they don't burn or stick to the pan.
Serve
Arrange the hot shish taouk in a serving plate along with a small bowl for the tahini dip.
