1 kg chicken thighs, boneless
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chilli powder

Directions
Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
Prep your baking dish by lining it with foil.
In a separate bowl, mix together the chilli powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the chicken thighs well with the olive oil, and then rub the spice all over it well.
