Double Chocolate Cookie Dough
These fudgy chocolate cookies are studded with white chocolate chips and chunks of milk chocolate that melt in the centre. Extra chocolatey, chewy, gooey; everything you want in the perfect cookie.
Preheat the oven at 200°C. Cut the cookie dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll the dough into balls and place them at an equal distance from each other on the baking tray.
Gently insert a chocolate chunk into the centre of each dough ball. Press the dough over the chocolate to properly seal it within. Lightly flatten each dough ball so it is just half an inch thick.
Bake at 200°C for exactly 10 minutes. The cookies will feel very soft and underdone but they will firm up as they cool (trust us!). Set aside to cool for at least 5 minutes before carefully transferring them to a plate. Serve warm.
