English Cream Tea & Scones
Our English Cream Tea kit comes with 12 mini scones, freshly-made clotted cream and a selection of strawberry and raspberry jam.
Fresh Clotted Cream

Put the scone dough boxes in the refrigerator for 5-7 mins to chill before baking. Keep the clotted cream and jam jars in the refrigerator till you're ready to serve.
Preheat the oven to 210C. Place the sheet of baking paper on a baking tray. Place the scones at an equal distance from each other.
Optional: Crack the egg in a bowl and beat it. Lightly brush the scones with the beaten egg.
Bake the scones for 12-15 minutes till they turn golden brown. Take the tray out of the oven and let the scones cool for 2 minutes.
Place a doily paper on a serving plate and arrange the scones on top. Serve warm with our fresh clotted cream and choice of strawberry and raspberry jam.
