This Fresh Lemongrass Tea recipe is easy to make and oh-so-addictive!
Spicy and fragrant, once you've had a cup of this, you can never go back to regular tea.
4 cups water
2 teaspoons tea leaves
2 cups lemongrass stalks, roughly chopped
Sugar, to taste
Add the water to a medium saucepan, and let it come to a simmer over high heat.
Turn the heat to low, add the lemongrass stalks, and simmer for 7-8 minutes.
Add the tea leaves, and let it steep for 5 minutes, or as long as you usually do it.
Strain the tea, add sugar and stir till dissolved.
If you'd like, you can let it cool down and store it in the fridge, and serve it poured over ice.
