Preheat the oven to 220°C. Take a baking tray and grease it lightly with olive oil.
Tear or chop the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, add the sweet paprika, cumin powder, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, and mix together. Add the olive oil and stir well to combine. Add the tofu and vegetables to the bowl and toss well to evenly coat the tofu.
Place the tofu and vegetables in an even layer on the baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes. Check on the vegetables and tofu every 10 minutes, ensuring that it cooks evenly on all sides. Take the vegetables out if you feel like they get done before the tofu.
Once cooked, drizzle the tofu and vegetables with the barbecue sauce and toss to combine. Serve hot, with a side of cooked rice.
