Recipe Note
If you can't find sundried tomatoes, you can make your own at home in the oven. Cut your tomatoes in half and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray, cut side up. Drizzle generously with olive oil and salt. Bake at 80 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. Turn it over and bake for 1 more hour. Store in the fridge in a jar topped with olive oil. You might have to bake yours for longer if your tomatoes are very big, so adjust the time depending on the tomatoes. You can add garlic pods and herbs in the jars to flavour your sundried tomatoes if you want.
