Recipe: Baked Parmesan Crisps

Have a small amount of parmesan left over? Here’s a simple and insanely delicious way to put it to use by making parmesan crisps. They're snack-able pure parmesan goodness without the distraction of a salad or pasta. Parmesan is the only ingredient you'll need.

 Steps:

1) Preheat the oven to 200°C

2) On a baking sheet, gently pat down a small mound of  finely grated parmesan (about one tablespoon). Repeat this to make as many crisps as you’d like, spacing the mounds half an inch apart.

3) Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until they appear golden and crisp. Let them cool and then start snacking! 

Pro tip: For added flavour mix the parmesan mounds in step #2 with black pepper or your favourite herb or spice (say, rosemary or paprika).
